Scheduling an Appointment
You can schedule an appointment via website, phone (please leave a voicemail if you’d like a return call), text, or email. Please be sure you receive a text or email confirmation to ensure that your appointment was received in our system. Our system sends out a 48 and 24 hour reminder to avoid any issues with late cancellations or missed appointments. If you don’t receive a reminder, please contact us to confirm that we have your appointment scheduled and confirmed, so we can as many inconveniences as possible.
Canceling an Appointment
We ask that you call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. We understand that emergencies happen, so as much notice possible is appreciated so we can have enough time to get another client in if needed. You will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee for last minute cancelling or if you”No Call-No Show” for an appointment. Credit cards on file are only used in our cancellation policy if enforced and not used for prepayment of services when booking.
